Customer Success, Sr. Data Analyst

Position Summary

This role supports hospital clients by analyzing data to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities through Curvo Labs’ technology platform. Reporting to the EVP, Client Management, the position manages multiple sourcing and analytics projects, develops pricing and sourcing strategies, and ensures clients achieve measurable savings. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and present data to identify cost-savings opportunities
• Develop sourcing strategies and pricing targets for hospital clients
• Manage multiple client projects and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure savings/rebates are realized
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations
• Maintain strong communication with clients and suppliers; travel as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing or data analytics; hospital or healthcare supply chain experience preferred.
• Strong project management, analytical skills and problem solving; excellent written/verbal communication
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with SQL, Python and BI/visualization tools
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, relationship-building with clients and suppliers
• Knowledge of medical procedures, equipment and supplies
• Experience developing sourcing plans, KPIs, and supplier performance/compliance frameworks
• Comfort presenting insights via reports, decks and white papers
