Location: Remote (with occasional client-site travel as needed)

Position Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Executive Vice President, Client Management

Position Summary

The Analyst, Client Experience plays a critical role in supporting hospital clients by delivering actionable insights, driving cost reduction initiatives, and enhancing the client experience through advanced analytics and Curvo/BroadJump’s technology platforms. This individual will collaborate with internal teams and external client stakeholders to design and implement sourcing strategies, interpret complex data sets, and ensure measurable outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, develop, and track client initiatives leveraging Curvo/BroadJump’s technology platform’s sourcing intelligence, analytics, and market data.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify new cost reduction opportunities.
  • Develop intimate understanding of client data through the recognition and classification process, when necessary, and through generating and interpreting standard and or ad hoc reports.
  • Analyze, interpret, and present healthcare supply chain data to support client decision-making.
  • Develop sourcing action plans, pricing targets, KPIs, and SmartKeys to measure initiative success.
  • Communicate findings and best practices through client-facing presentations, reports, and white papers.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams regarding functionality, client needs, and system improvements.
  • Guide client management teams on operational capabilities and limitations to ensure scalable, repeatable deliverables.
  • Manage supplier performance and contract compliance to ensure proper pricing, savings achievement, and rebate payment.
  • Support multiple client projects concurrently in a structured, project management environment.
  • Maintain expertise in healthcare supply chain trends, market forces, and clinical product categories.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology Management, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in healthcare supply chain, strategic sourcing, or data analytics (hospital and/or clinical setting strongly preferred).
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; experience with SQL and BI/visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client presentations and technical documentation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of medical procedures, equipment, and supplies is desirable.
  • Ability to build strong client and supplier relationships, influencing buy-in and collaboration.
